Dialogue is seeking a Trauma Intervention Responder to join its team and support its mission of improving people's wellbeing. The Trauma Intervention Responder will work closely with the Trauma Coordinator, deploying to companies experiencing critical incidents to provide support to employees. This is an on-call mandate based in Canada.

What the role involves:
  • Demonstrating sound theoretical knowledge of acute stress and PTSD.
  • Intervening in crisis and post-traumatic situations.
  • Intervening easily with employees and managers.
  • Sharing clinical summaries of interventions.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the Trauma Coordinator.

Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Criminology, etc.).
  • A license to practice issued by a professional association.
  • Liability Insurance.
  • Very good knowledge of psychological care in a trauma context and experience in crisis and emergency management.
  • Punctuality and flexibility.
  • Access to a vehicle for transportation.
  • Expertise in group intervention.
