Investment & Integration Associate

Unybrands is seeking an Investment & Integration Associate to support the team in evaluating new acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and overseeing the integration of new acquisitions into the Unybrands ecosystem. The Associate will work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and broader I&I team. This role offers a great opportunity to join a world-class team at the forefront of the e-commerce industry. Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities.
• Responsible for research, valuation, and diligence execution.
• Helping the production of supporting materials for the investment committee.
• Developing growth strategies for brands.
• Preparing a seamless integration into the Unybrands ecosystem.
• Monitoring brand performance post-acquisition.
• Assisting the office of the CEO in high-impact analysis and projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A, or consulting.
• Experience in consumer sectors or e-commerce is a plus.
• Ability to take responsibility on multiple work streams and a hands-on, gritty mentality.
