Demand Planning Analyst at unybrands

unybrands is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support its demand planning processes. The candidate will generate insightful reports and ensure smooth operational execution. The role involves working with BI tools, Excel, and other software to produce data analysis and presentations for executive and operational audiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting weekly demand reviews, including generating OOS reports and analyzing forecast performance.
• Generating Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings’ reporting packages.
• Creating comprehensive S&OP decks using BI tools and PowerPoint.
• Monitoring daily demand spikes and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Participating in weekly and monthly operations and business meetings.
• Review inventory management reports, Purchase Order pipeline, inventory health and excess inventory levels.
• Downloading and consolidating data from various portals.
• Preparing detailed decks for executive reviews and operational alignment meetings.
• Refreshing data pipelines in Excel.
• Navigating BI systems to extract key outcomes.
• Managing demand spike alerts and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Tracking and updating action items from operations planning meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply and demand planning or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI, data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
