Job Description

The Operations Executive role at unybrands involves managing the entire purchase order lifecycle from placement to shipment. The candidate ensures suppliers adhere to production schedules and service level agreements (SLAs). They will be responsible for meticulous attention to detail, effective supplier management, and excellent coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate is proactive in ensuring smooth operations by managing documentation, communicating with suppliers, enforcing penalties for SLA breaches, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire purchase order lifecycle.
• Ensuring supplier compliance with production schedules.
• Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance.
• Collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or order management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and order management tools.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
