Job Description
Unybrands is seeking a Lead Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy. This individual contributor will champion product discovery, foster a product-centric culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. The Lead Product Designer will report to the CTPO and be part of the Technology Leadership Team.

Role Involves:
  • Contributing to the product roadmap.
  • Educating teams on continuous discovery habits.
  • Mentoring Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders.
  • Designing user-centric solutions.
  • Running discovery workshops.
  • Sharing findings with senior leadership.

Requirements:
  • Pragmatic mindset.
  • Experience in facilitating engaging workshops.
  • Experience with AI-based products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with business process automation, supply chain, and retail (plus).
