Caylent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive new business opportunities with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ISR will identify and qualify leads through prospecting and collaboration with AWS sellers. The role involves generating leads, running prospecting campaigns, understanding customer needs, and delivering information to customers and AWS. The ISR will maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce and work with Account Executives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads for Caylent and AWS.
  • Creating and running prospecting campaigns with AWS.
  • Qualifying leads from various sources.
  • Understanding customer needs and solutions.
  • Presenting information to customers and AWS.
  • Maintaining Salesforce data.
  • Attending AWS offices and meeting with AWS weekly.

Caylent requires:

  • 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or Sales Experience
  • Customer Obsession and commitment to execution
  • Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial approach
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Google Workspaces
