Caylent is seeking a Principal Strategist, SaaS to join its Customer Strategy team. The role involves defining and implementing Caylent’s go-to-market strategy for SaaS customers, working with Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction. The strategist will also deliver strategic engagements for customers and act as Caylent's primary expert across the SaaS company lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Caylent’s SaaS Go-To-Market
- Craft and maintain our GTM strategy for supporting SaaS companies across their lifecycle
- Lead strategic engagements for key SaaS clients
- Enable internal teams with SaaS-customer knowledge
- Develop and curate SaaS-specific materials that align with Caylent’s frameworks
Requirements:
- 10+ years of consulting experience in cloud and digital transformation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing GTM strategies
- Deep understanding of the evolving software landscape
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic engagements with key clients
- Experience guiding SaaS organizations through platform modernization, cloud migration, and DevOps transformations
- Expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS
- Willingness to travel for customer and AWS meetings
