Caylent, a cloud-native services company, is seeking a Director of Cloud Architecture and Engineering to lead practice initiatives and drive technical excellence. The director will oversee complex cloud transformation initiatives, lead technical discovery, and mentor high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cloud transformation initiatives and architectural decisions.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to multiple project teams.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and solution development.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a technical role.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
• Advanced certifications in major cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project and people management capabilities.
