Caylent is seeking a Director of Cloud Architecture and Engineering to lead practice initiatives and drive technical excellence. The director will provide technical oversight, lead cloud transformation initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cloud transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams.
• Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise clients.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and solution development.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in cloud-native technologies and DevOps.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Project and people management capabilities.
