Software Architect (Python + Java OR Python +.NET) at Caylent

Caylent, a cloud native services company, is seeking a Software Architect to join its Cloud Native Applications team. The Software Architect will work with a team of developers to deliver high-quality applications to customers in the cloud.Responsibilities include:

• Translating customer requirements into a workable backlog.
• Delegating tickets to a team of engineers.
• Leading requirements gathering and architecture discussions.
• Applying understanding of DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Automating software testing.
• Writing production quality code.
• Clearly communicating and documenting designs, processes, and procedures.
• Mentoring peers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development and cloud systems.
• Expertise in web technologies and experience with frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or MVC .Net.
• Experience with server-side scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, PHP, or Ruby.
• In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in API integrations.
• Understanding of modern application architectures.
• Development experience on a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience configuring AWS resources
