Principal Consultant at Caylent

Caylent is seeking a Principal Consultant to join their Professional Services team. This role involves leading large-scale technology transformations and providing strategic advice to customers, ensuring program success by defining business value and guiding customers in enhancing their AWS maturity. This is a fully remote position based in Canada.

The role involves:

• Steering customers and Caylent teams towards client visions.
• Leading Executive Steering Committees.
• Managing Account-level Risks and Decisions.
• Creating customer roadmaps aligned with business value.
• Uncovering new opportunities within customer accounts.

The requirements are:

• 7+ years of consulting experience in cloud and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and secure repeat business.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects.
• Expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS.
• Strong understanding of Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Startup environment adaptability and teamwork.
