Lantern is seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations, Cancer, to play a crucial role in delivering its cancer care services. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires an onsite presence. The Manager will oversee daily operations, focusing on excellence in service delivery, and lead front-line non-clinical staff to optimize patient experiences, team efficiency, and operational quality. Lantern is a specialty care platform connecting people with the best care when they need it most.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team members’ skills and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in client and member satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven insights for performance feedback, continuous improvement, and operational optimization.
  • Manage schedules to ensure efficient staffing and coverage.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on workload, outreach, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve KPIs and departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes aligned with organizational standards.
  • Support training development to enhance quality standards for new and existing team members.
  • Conduct and analyze quality assessments to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize quality monitoring platforms, utilizing NICE solutions.
  • Track and manage performance goals related to operational efficiency, quality, and speed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MPH, MHA, MBA with healthcare focus) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years operational management experience, preferably in healthcare or patient navigation.
  • Proven experience in talent management, quality assurance, and operational analytics.
  • Expertise in setting, managing, and optimizing operational KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Healthcare navigation experience preferred.
