Job Description
Lantern is seeking a Client Success Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Lantern's products and services. The Client Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients and their brokers/consultants to understand their needs, optimize engagement, and maximize the value they receive from Lantern's solutions. They will develop and execute account plans, deliver business reviews, and drive overall client satisfaction, resulting in client retention, growth, and advocacy.Role involves:
- Managing client and broker/consultant relationships.
- Communicating clearly and concisely.
- Managing client communication for engagement marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally within a team environment.
- Ensuring company and client objectives are met.
- Supporting Client Executives to maximize retention and identify churn risks.
- Maintaining accurate data in the client relationship management system.
- Resolving service issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of client relationship and/or account management experience within the employee benefits, healthcare, or consulting industry, including at least one startup.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Working knowledge of Salesforce; SharePoint experience a plus.
