Job Description
Dovetail, the leading AI-first customer insights hub, is seeking an Account Executive to manage sales and expand customer growth in San Francisco. This role involves managing the sales process with strategic enterprise leads, owning the full sales cycle, and navigating complex sales cycles with procurement, IT, and legal teams. The Account Executive will also develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand customer needs, and position Dovetail's products to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. They will create and execute account plans, partner with Customer Success, and monitor account health metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
