Lantern is seeking a Director of Network Success to lead the growth and scaling of their Territory Management team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the success of Lantern's network management function, driving the strategy, operational excellence, and provider retention efforts. The initial focus will be on building and scaling, removing roadblocks, setting up reporting cadences, and establishing efficient processes, including account planning.

The Director will oversee the success of the network management function, driving strategy, operational excellence, and provider retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with provider groups.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure retention.
  • Develop team goals and action plans to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with member services and claims.
  • Mentor and manage a team of account managers.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years relevant experience.
  • Industry experience preferred (COE's, Provider Networks).
  • Track record of managing high performing teams.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
