Job Description
Lantern is seeking a Manager of Clinical Quality to lead clinical priorities and optimize clinical operations. The ideal candidate will be an operations expert passionate about solving complex clinical problems.
This role involves leading cross-functional projects, designing experiments, and implementing new clinical workflows. The Manager will collaborate with various teams, including member services, network development, legal, analytics, and provider teams. Lantern trusts this role to drive improvements in clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of projects, including program management and change management
- Lead the implementation of new clinical workflows and processes
- Design and conduct experiments to optimize existing clinical operations
- Develop and manage KPIs/SLAs to measure the performance of clinical operations
- Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
- Work cross-functionally to effectively execute against our priorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- 1+ years of healthcare consulting experience
- 2+ years of operating experience at a health tech or innovative healthcare services organization
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and leadership skills
- Ability to independently analyze complex data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
