Halcyon is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineering Platform (POV) Operations Lead to drive proof-of-value engagements and demonstrate the company's cybersecurity solutions. The individual will play a crucial role in showcasing Halcyon’s capabilities and aligning customer goals with its offerings.
Responsibilities:
Optimize proof-of-value (POV) engagements.
Design and execute POV testing strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities.
Conduct detailed assessments of customer environments.
Partner with Solution Architects and Product teams.
Manage field engagements end-to-end.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer environments.
Develop and deliver detailed technical reports and executive summaries post-engagement.
Stay current on emerging threats and industry trends.
Build strong advisory relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Requirements:
6+ years in an information security or technical field role.
Proven ability to deliver complex technical demonstrations.
Expertise in areas like ransomware lifecycle, endpoint defense, and threat intelligence.
Strong experience with API integration and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
Demonstrated ability to gather and leverage competitive intelligence.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.
B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
