Backend Developer (Golang/Node.js)

Job Description

A leading SocialFi company is seeking a Backend Developer to join their team in Taiwan. The company has a strong global presence and the developer will work on one of their ecosystem projects.

The Backend Developer will be responsible for managing the architecture design and technical solutions of large-scale systems, ensuring optimal performance, concurrency, and availability. He/She will also manage and lead the technical team to solve complex technical challenges and facilitate efficient communication and collaboration. The role involves maintaining system stability, ensuring high availability, and supporting high concurrency. Active engagement in agile development processes is also expected to ensure timely project delivery with exceptional quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of development experience with clean coding style.
• Expertise in Golang or NodeJS development.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Rust is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
• Familiarity with DeFi projects on Ethereum or Solana.
• Proficient in using Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithm design.
