Job Description

A leading SocialFi company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (Web3) to define and implement the technical strategy, lead blockchain technology design and implementation, and guide product development. They will be responsible for security and scalability, manage risks, build and mentor a diverse engineering team, and partner with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.

Role Involves:

• Defining and implementing the technical strategy.
• Leading the design and implementation of blockchain technologies.
• Guiding the product development process.
• Ensuring security and scalability of technology infrastructure.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in technical management.
• Demonstrated experience at a major Web3 company.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture and expertise in DeFi protocols.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or equivalents.
• Ability to work remotely with flexibility to align with UK time zones.
