- Overseeing the design, development, and testing of scalable solutions for facial recognition and matching.
- Implementing advanced user profiling via facial features, emotion recognition, and demographic estimation.
- Developing or adapting algorithms for real-time facial analysis.
- Ensuring R&D projects meet business objectives and adhere to timelines.
- Integrating technological advancements into product offerings.
- Exploring the generation or merging of synthetic faces through facial embeddings.
- Investigating facial feature modification or enhancement via natural language processing and stable diffusion methods.
- Developing algorithms to measure similarity in interests or hobbies using large language models.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields with a focus on machine learning.
- Demonstrated success in leading R&D teams, particularly in tech startups, with an emphasis on social or dating apps.
- Expertise in machine learning, especially in deep learning for facial recognition (e.g., CNNs, YOLO, FaceNet).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages for both machine learning and system development.
- Knowledge of secure system design and data handling practices.
- Innovation in system architecture and machine learning applications.
- Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
