The role involves modular development and providing enterprise-level platform services. The Quantitative Developer will contribute to the creation and enhancement of systems related to quantitative asset management, including system design, modeling, and abstraction of complex business requirements.
The role involves coding critical functions or components, developing and deploying on cloud platforms like AWS, and managing private Kubernetes clusters. Collaboration on the iteration and improvement of the company's core trading systems, ensuring consistent and stable system architecture design is expected.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer software.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with distributed systems.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
- Solid coding abilities and understanding of data structures and algorithms.
