Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of backend engineering experience.
• 2+ years working on blockchain-integrated systems.
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Strong ability to optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Comfort with rapid development cycles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving technical projects from inception to completion.
