Job Description
The company is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer / SRE to lay the groundwork for their infrastructure, define processes, and shape a culture of reliability and security. The engineer will work closely with backend and smart contract teams to build scalable, high-availability systems that power their MEV-driven staking platform, supporting a growing global user base. This role involves architecting, deploying, and managing secure, scalable infrastructure to support a liquid staking platform.
Role Involves:
- Architecting, deploying, and managing secure, scalable infrastructure.
- Developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Overseeing bare-metal and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Implementing strong security measures.
- Supporting mechanisms to minimize network spam.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing Linux-based systems.
- Collaborating with team and partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain scalable, high-availability infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with bare-metal infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in cloud administration (e.g., AWS).
- Security-focused mindset with experience in access controls.
- Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, alerting systems, and incident management workflows.
- Extensive experience with container technologies and Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with blockchain nodes and decentralized infrastructure.
