E-commerce Executive at Hyphen Connect Limited

A famous F&B company is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage and collaborate with e-commerce platforms like HKTVmall and Shopify. This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels. The E-commerce Executive will monitor customer feedback, manage e-shop setup, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. They will also resolve issues related to shipping and order discrepancies.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and collaborating with e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVmall, Shopify)
• Responding to customer inquiries across various channels
• Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback
• Managing e-shop set-up and maintenance
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Resolving issues related to shipping and order discrepancies
• Handling ad hoc tasks

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or a related field (F&B experience a plus)
• Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms (a plus)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools (a plus)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
