Our Client, a real-time blockchain company, is seeking a Web3 Marketing Event Manager. This role involves planning and managing online and offline events to enhance brand presence and engage with the Web3 community.
- Plan, organize, and execute high-quality events like webinars, conferences, meetups, and community events.
- Collaborate with teams to define event goals and target audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and speakers.
- Manage communications with attendees for a seamless experience.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events across various channels.
- Analyze event performance to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event-related content.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in event management within the Web3 space.
- Proven track record of organizing offline and online events.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem.
- Experience in managing external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools.
