The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content tailored to social media platforms.
  • Developing and creating engaging long/short form content for social platforms
  • Staying updated on platform trends, features, and best practices
  • Planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Utilizing platform analytics to track performance
  • Researching and incorporating trending topics and hashtags
  • Engaging with the community.
  • Collaborating with influencers and content creators
  • Experimenting with new formats and creative ideas
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Work experience in the Web3 industry is required, with experience in social/defi projects will be a plus
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin(spoken and written) is required
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in Web3
  • Creative storytelling skills with the ability to craft content that captures attention and drives engagement
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar apps)
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies
