Job Description
The company, a leading web3 venture studio in Asia, is seeking a Web3 Event Executive. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the web3 industry and eager to connect industry leaders, developers, and enthusiasts through impactful events. They are a global team of researchers, engineers, designers, operators, and crypto veterans #BUIDLing the next digital economy. Their portfolio companies and advisory clients benefit from their long term and hands-on approach, from concept to full fledged venture.
Role Involves:
- Planning, organizing, and executing high-quality Web3 events such as webinars, conferences, meetups, and community events.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define event goals, themes, and target audiences.
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and speakers.
- Managing communications with attendees for a seamless experience.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events.
- Managing event budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Analyzing event success metrics and gathering attendee feedback.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in event planning/management.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields would be an advantage.
- Experience in organizing Web3 events with a strong understanding of Web3/Blockchain.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
