The company is seeking a Web3 Event Executive to lead the planning and execution of impactful events. This role will focus on connecting industry leaders, developers, and enthusiasts within the Web3 space. They are Asia's leading web3 venture studio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Web3 industry is a global team of researchers, engineers, designers, operators, and crypto veterans.
    Role Involves:
  • Planning, organizing, and executing high-quality Web3 events (webinars, conferences, meetups, community events).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define event goals, themes, and target audiences.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and speakers.
  • Managing communications with attendees for a seamless experience.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Managing event budgets and negotiating contracts.
  • Analyzing event success metrics and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning/management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (advantage).
  • Experience organizing Web3 events with a strong understanding of Web3/Blockchain.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Excellent project management, relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
