Job Description

The company is seeking a Web3 Event Executive to lead the planning and execution of events. The company is Asia's leading web3 venture studio composed of researchers, engineers, designers, operators, and crypto veterans. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the web3 industry and eager to connect industry leaders, developers, and enthusiasts through impactful events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute high-quality Web3 events, including webinars, conferences, meetups, and community events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, themes, and target audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and speakers.
• Manage communications with attendees.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events across various channels.
• Manage event budgets.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Analyze event success metrics, gather attendee feedback, and present reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in event planning/management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields would be an advantage.
• Experienced in organising Web3 events with strong understanding of Web3/Blockchain.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin(spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
