Job Description

A leading web3 venture studio in Asia is seeking a Web3 Event Executive to lead the planning and execution of impactful events. The company comprises a global team dedicated to building the next digital economy. This role involves connecting industry leaders, developers, and enthusiasts through various events.

• Plan, organize, and execute Web3 events like webinars, conferences, and meetups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals and themes.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and sponsors.
• Manage communications with attendees for a seamless experience.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events.
• Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Analyze event success metrics and gather feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in event planning/management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field would be an advantage.
• Experienced in organizing Web3 events with a strong understanding of Web3/Blockchain.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
