Cloudbeds is seeking an Associate Website Designer to join their team. This remote role is ideal for individuals passionate about web design and customer service. The Associate Website Designer will provide customer support to existing website customers and assist in the new customer setup and onboarding process, working closely with the Website Design team.

What this role involves:
  • Managing support tickets and maintaining SLA requirements through ticketing system
  • Managing records in task management systems related to websites services
  • Communicating effectively with customers
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Gathering website requirements, organizing and coordinating customer details
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal teams to give website onboarding updates or resolve customer concerns
  • Using AI tools to create visual elements or content.
  • Proofreading content and correcting errors


Requirements:
  • Experience with Website Design Builder or Platform like Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or Duda preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva preferred
  • Experience with using AI for text content creation
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional management
  • Excellent internet/wifi connection
