Role involves:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the entertainment sector.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, including record labels, managers, and concert promoters.
- Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and enhance operational capabilities.
- Analyzing market trends and industry developments to inform decision-making.
- Leading cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
- Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and business development within the entertainment industry.
- Extensive network of contacts in record labels, management companies, and concert promotions.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
