A global venture building group focused on Web3 is looking for a student placement for a one-year position in Hong Kong. The student will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with the company's experienced team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of web3 project-based solutions.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects, including dApps, GameFi, SocialFi and DeFi platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Support the testing and debugging of blockchain applications.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and presentations.
- Contribute to community engagement efforts, including participation in forums, social media, and events.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Knowledge in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Solidity, Rust or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese.
