Job Description
The company is seeking a Business Development Manager to foster relationships with advisors, academic institutions, and research organizations. This role supports the company’s mission to enhance crowdsourcing, surveys, and experimental research using decentralized technology. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the company's network and driving growth within the blockchain and social science research sectors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or relationship management, ideally in tech, blockchain, or academic/research sectors.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications (Web3 experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with social science research processes, tools (e.g., Qualtrics, MTurk), or academic ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to craft pitches and close deals or partnerships.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
