A leading PoS technology company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The company specializes in staking infrastructure for banks, custodians, exchanges, and institutional investors. In this role, the Business Development Manager will work remotely from Singapore, focusing on developing and executing action plans for strategic accounts and managing the entire user lifecycle.
The role involves:
- Developing and executing action plans for strategic accounts.
- Acquiring and enhancing business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers, and banks.
- Managing the entire user lifecycle from prospecting through to signing.
- Assisting clients in achieving success.
- Engaging in high-level business and technical discussions.
- Communicating the company's unique selling propositions.
- Leading and coordinating deals independently.
- Collaborating with relevant departments such as product, legal, and research.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle business development/sales manager or account executive role.
- Strong understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
- Background in a rapidly growing tech company environment.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.
- Consultative sales approach, supported by analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong ability to close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
