A leading global crypto custodian is seeking a Sales Executive/Manager to join their Hong Kong team. The role involves reporting to the Head of Sales in Asia and focusing on identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients within the Web3, DeFi, and crypto ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients in the Web3, DeFi, and crypto ecosystem.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire high-value clients.
- Staying informed on industry trends and customer needs.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Leading the end-to-end sales process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (less experience considered for Sales Executive).
- Experience in the Web3 space is essential; SaaS platform familiarity is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Web3 payment/wallet business, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Proficiency in English and conversational Mandarin.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industry.
