Product Lead (DEX)

Job Description

A leading digital assets ecosystem globally is seeking a Product Lead of DEX. This role is based in Hong Kong and involves managing the product life cycle and using data-driven insights to guide product decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire product life cycle, developing and tracking key data analysis metrics.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
• Manage the process of research and design for the DEX aggregator.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional product management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Familiarity with strategies for user growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
• Solid experience with web3, DeFi, swap, and bridge technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
