A leading digital assets ecosystem globally is seeking a Product Lead of DEX. This role is based in Hong Kong and involves managing the product life cycle and using data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire product life cycle, developing and tracking key data analysis metrics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
- Manage the process of research and design for the DEX aggregator.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of professional product management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Familiarity with strategies for user growth.
- Comprehensive understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
- Solid experience with web3, DeFi, swap, and bridge technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
