Job Description

A company is looking for a Product Manager to contribute to their on-chain mining platform, which aims to democratize cryptocurrency mining. The Product Manager will be responsible for shaping product development, enhancing the ecosystem, and ensuring transparency and scalability.

The role involves:

• Shaping the product roadmap with features like staking/unstaking flows, token swaps, DeFi app integrations.
• Designing mechanisms that balance user flexibility, platform stability, and sustainable yields.
• Building intuitive tools and dashboards to display transparent metrics and enhance user engagement.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and community teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly products.
• Analyzing user behavior and market trends to refine economic incentives.
• Supporting infrastructure scaling by integrating mining profit reinvestment into product strategies.
• Partnering with marketing to promote features and educate users on platform benefits.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience on Web3/DeFi platforms.
• Strong understanding of Web3 principles.
• Experience with mechanism design or building products involving economic incentives.
• Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to model user incentives and interpret data for product decisions.
• Passion for decentralized systems and creating equitable, transparent user experiences.
