A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to contribute to their ecosystem project. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Defining features, writing specs, conducting user studies, refining based on feedback, and supporting QA testing.
• Engaging with customers to build empathy and meet their needs.
• Conducting market research to shape product strategies.
• Prioritizing initiatives and projects, balancing trade-offs.
• Developing and maintaining the team’s roadmap, aligned with strategic priorities.
• Representing the team in cross-functional communications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI and computing science expertise.
• A data-driven approach to identify pain points and optimize AI-driven features.
• Skill in defining AI product strategies to boost business impact and user experience.
• Proven success launching and refining software or financial products at scale.
• Strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and results.
• Excellent collaboration with designers, engineers, QA, and other teams.
• Aptitude for grasping and applying technical concepts.
