A stealth-mode project is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to lead the development of a decentralized exchange (DEX). The Product Manager will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and CPO to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a retail-focused DEX, from inception to launch by mid-to-late 2025. This role involves leading end-to-end product development, identifying and prioritizing features for retail users, and driving rapid iteration and hyperscale growth. The Product Manager will also conduct market analysis, collaborate with the CTO on technical complexities, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a retail-focused DEX
  • Partnering with senior leadership to align product goals with organizational strategy

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager at a leading decentralized exchange
