A stealth-mode, well-funded project is seeking a Senior to Lead Product Managers to lead the initiative of building DEX. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of decentralized trading. The company aims to redefine DeFi accessibility with a product that combines innovative technology, intuitive design, and robust performance.

The Senior/Lead Product Manager will define and execute the product vision and lead end-to-end product development to deliver a best-in-class decentralized trading platform that stands out in the DeFi ecosystem.

Role involves:
  • Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a retail-focused DEX.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to align product goals.
  • Leading end-to-end product development.
  • Identifying and prioritizing features that cater to retail users.
  • Driving rapid iteration and hyperscale growth.
  • Conducting market and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborating with the CTO to navigate the technical complexities of decentralized systems.
  • Managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Maintaining discretion about the broader organizational vision.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager at a leading decentralized exchange.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of DEX mechanics.
  • Ability to take a product from 0 to 1.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
