Senior / Lead Product Manager – Decentralized Exchange (DEX)

Job Description

A stealth-mode project is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to lead the development of a cutting-edge decentralized exchange (DEX). This role involves defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and CPO. The Product Manager will lead end-to-end product development, working with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a user-friendly decentralized trading platform. They will drive rapid iteration and growth, leveraging data insights and conducting market analysis. The position requires managing cross-functional teams and maintaining discretion about the organizational vision.

• Defining and executing the product vision and strategy.
• Leading end-to-end product development.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager at a leading decentralized exchange.
