The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for a cryptocurrency exchange in the United Arab Emirates. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the team's roadmap, defining product features, conducting user research, and managing the backlog to facilitate timely product launches.
In this role, the candidate will:
- Develop and oversee the team's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with key priorities.
- Create feature definitions and specifications, conduct user research, and manage the backlog for efficient product delivery.
- Connect with customers to gather insights and enhance user understanding.
- Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
- Carry out market research and analysis to guide product strategies.
- Act as the team's liaison in cross-functional communications.
- Manage specific features within a designated product line.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in settlement operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital assets and private key management is desirable.
- Data-informed approach with a focus on user experience.
- Knowledge of regulated financial products for institutional clients is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging customer-facing products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and refining software or financial products.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, coupled with a commitment to learning and humility in teamwork.
