Senior Product Manager (Custody)

Job Description

A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution. The Senior Product Manager will develop and manage the team's roadmap, aligning project milestones with strategic goals. The role involves defining product features, conducting user research, and managing the backlog to facilitate timely product launches. The candidate will engage with customers to gather valuable insights and prioritize initiatives, conduct market analysis, and represent the team in cross-functional communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the team's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with key priorities.
• Create feature definitions and specifications, conduct user research, and manage the backlog for efficient product delivery.
• Connect with customers to gather insights and enhance user understanding.
• Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
• Carry out market research and analysis to guide product strategies.
• Act as the team's liaison in cross-functional communications.
• Manage specific features within a designated product line.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in settlement operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital assets and private key management is desirable.
• Data-informed approach with a focus on user experience.
• Knowledge of regulated financial products for institutional clients is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for creating engaging customer-facing products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and refining software or financial products.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, coupled with a commitment to learning and humility in teamwork.
