Senior Product Manager (Growth & UX)

Job Description

A cryptocurrency exchange is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive user acquisition and product growth. The Senior Product Manager will shape trading onboarding by designing workflows and KYC processes for retail, VIP, and institutional clients on mobile and web. They will integrate products, implement event tracking, and create dashboards for analytics and CRM insights. They will also collaborate with Growth and CRM teams to increase conversions through targeted campaigns and lead feature development and roadmap planning. The role involves gathering user feedback to improve the product.

• Building, iterating, and optimizing trading onboarding workflows.
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding and KYC process.
• Integrating products for a connected experience.
• Implementing event tracking and designing dashboards.
• Collaborating with Growth and CRM teams on campaigns.
• Leading feature definition and co-managing the product roadmap.
• Gathering user feedback to enhance the product.

• 5+ years of product management experience in crypto trading, DEX, or web3.
• 2+ years of experience in Growth or CRM initiatives.
• Track record of launching and improving scalable software or financial products.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, smart contracts, and version control systems like Git.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-learning attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with global teams.
