A cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its loyalty and rewards programs. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful launch. The role involves gathering and analyzing user feedback to drive feature enhancements and new developments, as well as staying abreast of market trends to maintain program innovation and value.

The Senior Product Manager will optimize current loyalty features, identify opportunities for growth, and steer the strategic roadmap in alignment with broader business objectives. He or she will innovate customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, balancing user needs with business objectives through teamwork.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Collect user feedback and analyze performance to drive feature enhancements and new development.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors to keep loyalty programs innovative and valuable.
• Optimize existing loyalty features while spotting opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and steer the strategic roadmap for loyalty and rewards, aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, rewards, or engagement.
• A data-driven mindset to track KPIs and objectives effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in Fintech/ Payment companies is highly preferred.
