Senior Product Manager (Mobile App Experience)

The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives for their cryptocurrency exchange, focusing on mobile app and web experiences. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for crafting workflows for advanced retail traders, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms. He/She will drive multi-channel integration, implement event tracking, and design dashboards to deliver actionable insights, while overseeing a retail product suite.

Role involves:

• Ensuring multi-channel integration across mobile app and website experiences.
• Implementing event tracking and design dashboards for analytics and product insights.
• Managing a retail product suite including trading, bots, staking, and more.
• Leading feature definition with detailed specs and guide feature teams.
• Co-managing the roadmap and collaborate with Delivery and Engineering teams.
• Conducting user studies and work with Marketing, Growth and CRM for product adoption.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience in crypto trading, DEX, or web3.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for user-focused products.
• Proven success in launching and refining scalable software or financial products.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with APIs and a keen ability to learn technical concepts.
• A positive approach to working with Designers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders.
