The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product initiatives for a cryptocurrency exchange, focusing on enhancing the mobile app experience for advanced retail traders. This role involves crafting seamless workflows across mobile and web platforms, implementing event tracking, and designing dashboards for actionable insights. The Senior Product Manager will oversee a retail product suite that includes trading, bots, staking, and more.
In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:
- Ensure multi-channel integration across mobile app and website experiences.
- Implement event tracking and design dashboards for analytics and product insights.
- Manage a retail product suite including trading, bots, staking, and more.
- Lead feature definition with detailed specs and guide feature teams.
- Co-manage the roadmap and collaborate with delivery and engineering teams.
- Conduct user studies and work with Marketing, Growth, and CRM for product adoption.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience in crypto trading, DEX, or web3.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for user-focused products.
- Proven success in launching and refining scalable software or financial products.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with APIs and a keen ability to learn technical concepts.
- A positive approach to working with Designers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders.
