Job Description

A cryptocurrency exchange is looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives, focusing on crafting exceptional workflows for advanced retail traders on mobile and web platforms. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving multi-channel integration, implementing event tracking, and designing dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure multi-channel integration across mobile app and website experiences.
• Implement event tracking and design dashboards for analytics and product insights.
• Manage a retail product suite including trading, bots, staking, and more.
• Lead feature definition with detailed specs and guide feature teams.
• Co-manage the roadmap and collaborate with delivery and engineering teams.
• Conduct user studies and work with Marketing, Growth, and CRM for product adoption.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience in crypto trading, DEX, or web3.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for user-focused products.
• Proven success in launching and refining scalable software or financial products.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with APIs and a keen ability to learn technical concepts.
• A positive approach to working with Designers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders.
