Job Description

A cryptocurrency exchange is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape their product strategy and execution. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the team's roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with strategic goals. They will collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver exceptional features. The role involves defining product specifications, conducting user research, and managing the backlog to ensure timely launches.

The Senior Product Manager will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and drive product enhancements. The role involves assessing project priorities, conducting market analysis, and representing the team in cross-functional communications while leveraging their experience to create innovative solutions in the dynamic field of crypto payments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the team's strategic roadmap and key milestones.
• Partner with design, frontend, and backend teams to create outstanding features.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally in crypto payments.
• Strong data-informed decision-making skills with a focus on user experience.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
